Op het werk een dikke aluminium strip afgekort en hier gaten in geboord.
Vervolgens naar de hornbach en daar een diepte investering gedaan van €3,50 voor een draadeind M10 en moeren en ringen.
De boel goed ingevet en draaien maar. Het ging niet helemaal vanzelf.Ik heb nog wel met een hamer en een steenbeitel het begin voorzichtig moeten helpen toen die op druk stond. De rest ging soepel.
Alles zit eronder!

De nieuwe krijg ik er met geen mogelijkheid in. Druk kan ik genoeg zetten. Maar omdat de buitenzijde uit 2 delen bestaat, gaat er steeds 1 in en de ander wil niet.
Ik heb al van hardhout 2 'schalen' gemaakt en met een lijmtang de delen naar elkaar gedrukt om hem er dan in te krijgen. Maar ook zonder resultaat. Ik gebruik genoeg vaseline.
Het enige wat ik me nog kan bedenken is met een sterke slangenklem de boel kleiner knijpen en hem dan erin persen.

Hoe monteren jullie dit onderdeel opnieuw? Of welke tool gebruiken jullie hiervoor?
