Informatie vooraf
Ongeveer een jaar geleden heb ik mijn koelvloeistof gespoeld.
Ik heb alle koelvloeistof opgevangen en het hele systeem voorzichtig gespoeld met een tuinslang.

Werkwijze

Het rode pijltje is hoe ik het water heb laten lopen. Tuinslang in de kunstof slang.
Laten lopen totdat er uit het kraantje helder water kwam lopen.
Vervolgens alles uit laten lekken, nog een beetje in geblazen en al het water kwam er uit lopen.
Alles helemaal dicht gemaakt.

Waterpomp verwijderd, de O ringetjes vervangen, waterpomp weer terug.
Radiator er uit, gespoeld met water en leeg laten lopen, radiator er weer in.
Koelvloeistof van Kroon Oil SP11 (blauw) afgevuld, ongeveer 8 liter.
Na beetje rijden was het peil gezakt, weer afgevuld.

Rondom sensor wat volgens mij de koude start regelt lekte het een beetje koelvloeistof.
Had deze sensor ooit vervangen maar omdat de kleppendeksel in de weg zat kreeg ik hem niet strak genoeg.
Ook geen steeksleutel die op die plek past

Kleppendeksel werd gepoedercoat, dus voordat die er weer op ging heb ik de sensor goed strak kunnen zetten.

Probleem
Nu het probleem. Ik heb al twee keer een litertje koelvloeistof moeten bijvullen sindsdien.
Ik kan nergens een lekkage vinden, niet rondom de eerder genoemde sensor, niet rondom de waterpomp, niet onder de vloermatten en überhaupt niet op de grond. Heb nog een blik onder de auto geworpen maar ik zie ook nergens blauw/wit poeder. Ook heb ik de olie deksel losgedraaid en geïnspecteerd op 'mayonaise'', maar gelukkig zie ik daar niks van terug.

Heb helemaal niet veel gereden het afgelopen jaar, dus het kan dat er nog lucht in het systeem zit.
Laatst heb ik 200 km gereden, voor die tijd heb ik een litertje koelvloeistof erin gegooid.
Nu keek ik vandaag (ruim twee weken later) en het reservoir is weer leeg.

Alles wat los is geweest en een afdichtring had is vervangen voor nieuw, juist om lekkages voor te zijn.
De kap van het reservoir ziet er nog goed uit en is max 5 jaar geleden vervangen.
Wat kan het probleem zijn? Ik hoop dat jullie mij verder kunnen helpen
