Meestal start ik met het meten van de drukken en de toegestane lekken.
Dan heb je de fout meestal wel te pakken.
De K-jetronic kent temperatuur- en tijds afhankelijke start procedures.
Daarom starten ze soms wel en soms niet of moeizaam.

Als er injector problemen zijn starten ze meestal probleemloos op 6 of 7 cilinders.

Gezien de prijzen van de diverse onderdelen zou ik als het probleem nu niet is opgelost naar een auto-diagnose-center gaan.
Zij kunnen de fout snel vaststellen en dat voorkomt onnodige uitgaven.

Kom je er niet uit vraag mij gerust.

Ik ben deze week verder gegaan met mijn 500SEC. Het starten blijft slecht. Ik heb gisteren de verstuivers eruit gehaald (leidingen wel aan verstuivers en spinnenkop laten zitten) en bakjes om de verstuivers gemaakt, om de verstuivers te testen heb ik de brandstofpomp direct aangestuurd met een plus draad naar de brandstofpomp. Nu viel het op dat er af en toe 1 verstuiver na lekte. Deze bleef nog ongeveer 2 minuten heel zacht inspuiten(in het bakje) terwijl ik de brandstofpomp allang niet meer aanstuurde. Nu dacht ik dus dat de verstuivers slecht waren, deze net vervangen. Maar probleem is hetzelfde(blijft nu alleen inspuiten op een andere cilinder)met de nieuwe verstuivers. Ook valt mij op als ik de luchtweger niet induw dat er een paar verstuivers bijna niet inspuiten(meer een beetje druppelen) hebben jullie nog tips waar ik naar moet kijken?

Als de pinnetjes rond zijn, zijn de breuken ook rond.

Het treedt het meest op bij vrij zware onderdelen, zoals relais, de stekkers, of (transistoren met) koellichamen.
Door trillingen en schudden ontstaan er eerst kleine gaatjes of scheurtjes en die scheuren in de loop der jaren steeds verder, totdat het pinnetje nergens meer contact maakt met het soldeereiland waar het in zit, dan werkt het ding niet meer, of nog maar af en toe, als het pootje toevallig net tegen een rand van het soldeereiland leunt, een trilling (tik) kan soms zo'n vage verbinding spontaan creëren dan wel verbreken.

Iets verder naar boven, net boven de groene stip is er nog een.
Links onder lijken er ook een paar niet meer 100%.

Dan kun je zien of ze ongeveer tegelijkertijd openen, of ze een goed sproeibeeld hebben, of ze niet nadruppelen en of ze allemaal ongeveer evenveel benzine inspuiten.
