De olie van mijn bak is mooi helder rood, dus (ik hoop dat) de rembanden nog heel zijn :)
Dus ga ik die K1 set van MB eens proberen.

Voorbeeld van een automatische versnellingsbak:

Om het nog ingewikkelder te maken wordt K3 ook wel een een rem-koppeling (Duits: Lamellenbremse) genoemd en heet dan B3.

Iedere set koppelingsplaten en iedere remband heeft zijn eigen set zuigers (Engels: piston, Duits: Schieber).
Er zijn (Duits) Schaltschieber, Kommandoschieber, Sperrschieber, Wählschieber, Regelschieber, Verstärkerschieber, Löseschieber.

Hoe het precies werkt en wat waar precies zit ontgaat mijn kennis- (dan wel aandachts-) niveau, gelukkig heb ik dat ook nog niet nodig gehad en zijn daar gespecialiseerde bedrijven voor.
