Ik ben nieuw op dit forum, heb een korte tijd op het W116 forum gezeten. Ik heb 6 maanden geleden mijn eerste auto namelijk gekocht, en dat was de W116. Nu is daar een 2e auto bij gekomen, en je raad t al. Dat is een W126 380SE uit 1983

Ik heb deze auto gezien zijn gebreken voor een mooi prijsje overgekocht, hij is als ik het goed heb in 2008 naar Nederland gekomen. Daarvoor reed die rond in Amerika. Sinds de aankoop zijn steeds meer aandacht puntjes omhoog gekomen. Iets wat wel gebruikelijk is voor oude autos.

Ik zou de W126 graag deze zomer technisch in orde willen hebben in hoeverre mijn budget dit toelaat. Dit zal ook wel lukken. Dingen waar ik nu mee bezig zijn is een brandstof lek bij de pomp oplossen, dit heb ik dicht gekregen door de koperen ringen te vervangen. Het duurde helaas maar een week voor die weer begon te lekken.

Voor de rest moeten er nog 2 nieuwe voor veren op. 1 is er gebroken namelijk. Het dynamo dient gereviseerd te worden, net als de startmotor. Deze gaat alleen rond als de motor koud is namelijk.
