Ik heb sinds enige tijd weer een 280SE uit 1984. Heb dik 10 jaar terug mn laatste 280SE verkocht, waar ik meer dan 8 jaar en meer dan een half miljoen kilometers met veel plezier in had gereden. (ook bj 84 en LPG :-) ) omdat die toen op leeftijd kwam, (nu moeten ze op leeftijd zijn :D ) en een complete renovatie nodig had, zowel van binnen als buiten, en ze toen nog niet belastingvrij waren 8-) (750 gulden p/3mnd). En heb daarna verschillende andere types en merken gereden, maar de W126 ben ik altijd als de mooiste en de beste blijven beschouwen. Dus toen ik besloot om er een belastingvrije wagen bij te kopen, en ik er alleen nog maar prive in rond toer, was de keuze niet moeilijk (al is een mooie caddilac ook prachtig) mede omdat de onderdelen vrij gemakkelijk zijn te krijgen. Hij liep eerst niet lekker op gas, maar na setje nieuwe kabels en bougies etc loopt hij weer als een zonnetje, zowel op benzine als LPG. Ik probeer een foto bij mn profiel te plaatsen maar dat wil niet lukken, mischien dat er iemand hier is die daar verstand van heeft, maar daarover misschien later meer.
