Nieuwe schokbrekers, veren, onderhoudsbeurt, dynamo gereviseerd, trekhaak geplaatst, uitlaatdemper achter, Kofferbakrubber vernieuwd enz enz. Nu nog een nieuw achterraamrubber, LPG aansluiten, de bekapping weer aanbrengen en daarna laat ik de auto goed afstellen op gas. De auto loopt echt fantastisch goed. Schakeld perfekt. Ik ben vast nog veel vergeten maar er is veel vernieuwd en aangepakt. Alles zelf aangepakt op het lassen/strakmaken en spuiten na.

Ik rij ook wel in een S320CDI van 2001 met alle optie's. Dan merk je op dat de oude S bejaard is en natuurlijk dat de techniek niet stil heeft gestaan. Maar de 380SE V8 heeft iets speciaals en geeft zoveel rijplezier.
