Bij kleinere bedragen zal de verzekeraar vaak niet de moeite nemen om er in detail naar te kijken. De kosten zijn dan al hoger dan het eventuele voordeel, dus dat schiet niet echt op.
Hou er wel rekening mee dat je premie wordt bepaald aan hand van de taxatiewaarde, dus het is ook in je eigen belang om een goede, maar niet te hoge taxatiewaarde te krijgen.
