Als de verbouwing goed gedaan is, is de (goed)keuring geen probleem (al schijnt een dergelijke breedteaanpassing een iets duurdere keuring in te houden).

Rijdt met zo’n auto een grote politie controle met belastingdienst en RDW in en je krijgt een WOK melding en je moet ‘m alsnog laten keuren.

De APK regels zijn vele malen soepeler dan de RDW regelgeving.
Een uitlaat hoeft bij de APK deugdelijk vast te zitten en gasdicht te zijn van voor tot achter. Maar of die meer geluid maakt wordt niet naar gekeken.
Toch wordt je daar door de politie wel voor bekeurd.
Ook al is je auto de dag ervoor goedgekeurd.

De tekst geciteerd door leeflang is duidelijk en zo staat deze ook beschreven op de RDW site.
Dat het vaak goed gaat wil niet zeggen dat iets wettelijk mag.

Ik snap eerder al die angst voor het RDW niet.
Een afspraak van net ‘n uur en iets van 55 euro en het klopt allemaal weer.

Toch gaat het ook om de informatie die wordt gegeven betreffende onbouwen van motoren met andere motorcodes en meer vermogen.
Zorg dat de papieren kloppen om problemen met verzekering etc. te voorkomen.
Marco levert geen half werk, ik ga ervan uit dat hij dat zal regelen.

1) meer euro's zal kosten dan de vraagprijs en
2) je al heel handig en de nodige kennis moet hebben om dit te kunnen doen. (dan spreken we nog niet over de ruimte, gereedschap en tijd)
Voor de BE markt is het wel belangrijk dat deze motor op het kentekenbewijs vermeld staat. Dan kan deze niet geweigerd worden.

Of de W126 nu al herkeurd is geweest door de RDW geen idee, maar mocht dit niet gebeurd zijn, dan kan dit waarschijnlijk wel geregeld worden. (en zou veiligheidshalve best gedaan worden). Marco levert ook geen half werk.
Dus dit mag geen probleem zijn.

Hopelijk gaat deze wagen naar een liefhebber.
