Maar zo'n opmerking kan een bedrijf kapot maken.
Één advertentie op Marktplaats maar je ziet wat voor een leven zo'n verhaal kan gaan leiden.

Heeft veel langer geduurd dan afgesproken. Kreeg onlangs, na een paar weken, netjes een mailtje of ik nog kwam.
Gister geweest dus.. en ik kon om eerlijk te zijn geen kwade wil bij de man ontdekken..
Heeft me netjes geholpen en rustig alle tijd gegeven om langs te komen..

Zo zie je maar.. de ervaringen van de één kunnen loodrecht staan op die van de ander..
