Dynamo/Alternator en vervangen dubbelzijdige gelijkrichter

Beste forumleden,

Een aantal dagen geleden viel mijn auto spontaan uit tijdens het rijden. Starten ging ook niet meer. Naderhand met startkabels gelukkig wel. Kon nog net bij mijn huis komen. Accuvoltage gemeten en deze zat ergens in de 11volt. Mede door de howto van GuusT bij Elgriffo een dubbelzijdige gelijkrichter besteld. Als gelegenheids monteur zelf de reparatie gedaan. Mijn dank gaat uit naar GuusT voor de howto en Elgriffo voor het aanvullende advies en bestellen van het part. De accu wordt weer netjes bijgeladen

Van het vervangen van de gelijkrichter heb ik een aantal foto's gemaakt.

Als eerste de min-pool van de accu gehaald.
Bout 2 een beetje los gedraaid.
Bout 3 een beetje los gedraaid.
Bout 1 verwijderd.

Rubber dop los getrokken om het boutje eronder los te kunnen draaien.

Bout 2 zo ver mogelijk naar radiator halen. Dit geeft de nodige extra ruimte om de dynamo onder de beugel door te halen. Bout 3 verwijderen.

Inbouwen van de dynamo.
Bout 3 bijna vast gedraaid.
Bout 2 bijna vast gedraaid.
Bout 1 snaar gesteld en bout vast gedraaid. Bout 2 en 3 vast gedraaid.
Bedrading terug gemonteerd.
