Hallo,

ik heb een probleem met mijn Mercedes. Zins enige tijd geleden kan ik niet meer op benzine starten. Heb gelukkig nog wel gas. Dus daar gaat het goed mee.

Er is al gekeken of de benzine pomp werkt door op de accu aan te sluiten. En dat is het geval.

Nou heb ik vel gelezen over de relais van de benzine pomp.

Hoe kan ik dat het beste testen of het goed is ?

Hoi Juust,

Dit is dus de eerste vraag, je relais zit als het goed is in de parafan bij
rembekrachtiger.

Hoor je de pomp lopen als je hem start ?? controleer ook alle contacten en zekeringen dat blijft toch een zwak punt

Als men de plus van de accu op de pomp zet en die werkt dan wel, dan is vrijwel zeker het relais kapot.
Met het doorverbinden van de contacten doe je namelijk hetzelfde.
Om uit te sluiten of het niet elders aan ligt, verbindt dan contact 7 en 8 even door.
Slaat ie dan wel aan ( of draaidt de pomp dan wel ), dan is het relais zeker defect.

Het is 30 en 87 die je door verbind.

daarna zou je de pomp moeten horen lopen.

Het relais wat je zoekt is een lange zwarte in je zekeringkast,deze kan je niet missen(staat kickdown ect op)

Loopt je auto met 30 en 87 wel dan kan je bij autobedrijf EFE(kijk even op Marktplaats op W126 kom je ze vanzelf tegen) een goed en goedkoop relais kopen.

Onthoud dat de ontstekingmodule ook de benzinepomp regelt!

maar over het algemeen is het het relais.

Ik neem aan dat de cijfers ook te zien zijn onder het relais in de zekering kast ?

Kan ik hem dan starten om te testen als ik alleen die twee punten aan elkaar aansluit ?

Of is het alleen voor de test om te kijken of de pomp werkt ?

Uit bijgevoegd schema blijkt dat bus 7 overeenkomt met pin 87 en bus 8 overeenkomt met pin 30.
Wat je doet is het schakelcontact van het relais overbruggen.

Als de voeding van dat contact geschakeld wordt door het contactslot of ontstekingsmodule ( eerst meten, geen constante 12V, alleen bij contact aan 12V ) kun je hem ook starten, anders alleen doen om de pomp te testen.
Als de auto nu wel start ( of pomp draaidt ), dan is het relais defect.
Je hebt geen permissies om de bijlage(n)) in dit bericht te zien.

We hebben hem getest. Ik heb op punt 7 en 8 een draadje geplaatst. En de pomp werkte !

Er moet dus een nieuw relais komen.

Overbruggen ? welke punt moet ik dan over bruggen ?

Ik ben niet zo goed in duits :lol:

Nieuw is hij leverbaar maar kost wel een duitje € 149,03 ex, btw met een beetje korting
die je van mij krijgt en dan de BTW erbij kost hij ( origineel nieuw met 2 jaar garantie)
€ 150,00 all-in.

Voor tijdelijk kun je een draad in de contakten steken en rijden,maar wel je relais vervangen.

Vandaag de andere benzine relais erin gedaan. Wel 3. En tot onze verbazing nog steeds niet starten !!!!

Waren wel allemaal gebruikt. Maarja geen een van de 3 eentje goed ?

Dus nu moeten we weer verder zoeken :(
