je kan de boel rustig los schroefen
is niks engs aan even alle leidingen van de spinnekop los
de klem om de luchtklep los maken onder de spinnekop
de moertjes van de trillings rubbers los en natuurlijk de bekabeling los maken
daarna kan je het gehele lmm huis van de luchtklep afhalen

Toch maar naar de garage gebracht... Geen tijd....
Na afrekenen van eur 700- liep de auto inderdaad weer stationair op benzine.
Maar wel een beetje rauw, en soms niet willen oppakken.
Gas stationair werkte niet meer, afstellen co zei de garage
Zelf geprobeerd, kreeg het niet goed, of afslaan of veel te hoog....
Vanwege het rauwe lopen op benzine toch maar weer even de telefoonschijf bekeken.
Tot mijn verbazing zo krom als een hoepel!
Dat had ik toch beter verwacht van een Mercedes garage, zeker bij vervangen plastic onderbak, dan kom je dat toch tegen?
Zeker als de klacht over backfire schade gaat, is dit punt 1 om te checken lijkt me...
Kortom, recht gemaakt, pakt nu veel beter op op Benz. Maar loopt nu alleen stationair op gas, pfffffff...
Afregelen gas gaat nu wel beter, reageert beter op stand schroef verdamper.
Start wel op Benz,maar toerental zakt te ver.
Waarmee kan ik dit regelen voor benzine?
De regelschroef in luchtfilterbak lijkt 0-effect te hebben...
Tips zijn welkom.

ik zou ook zeggen retour garage je betaald toch geen 700 euro om alleen je de onder kant van je lmm huis te laten vervangen
en dan nog zelf te kloten om hem af te stellen
dat lijkt natuurlijk nergens naar

Ga ermee terug...
Maar aangezien ie bijna goed is, en ik graag ook zelf wil weten hoe het moet,
Zou ik toch graag weten waarmee ik het stationairlopen op benzine kan regelen.
Ben al door erg veel posts gebladerd, maar nog niets gevonden...
Zoals ik al schreef, de monteur verwees naar stelschroef in luchtfilterdeksel (in gat inbusje)
Wat doet die? Lijkt geen effect te hebben... Volgens hem CO....
Andere stelmogelijkheden?

Ok, dus geen regelknopjes... Maar wel afhankelijk van bepaalde zaken....
Liep met kromme schijf wel hoger stationair.
Wat kan de reden zijn dat met vlakke schijf toerental opeens te laag is?

Ik heb vorige week het lmm huis eraf gehaald, het rubber eronder zat bij mij een stukje dubbel, misschien wel door een backfire..kwestie van middagje sleutelen en zat het weer prima!
Dit zou dus zeker geen 700 euro moeten kosten!

Ben ik het toch niet mee eens, als je die beweegt/hoger of lager, dan geeft ie een andere Ohmse waarde door naar de Ecu,
die geeft vervolgens de stappenmotor de verkeerde voltage. Is de wagen koud en de koude startinjector doet zijn werk dan
staat het echt niet te lekker stationair te draaien. De wet van Ohm is hier van toepassing.

Sterker nog als ie naar boven is gekomen krijg je hem niet meer aan!!!!

@Leeflang, op dit figuur van een Ke-Jetronic van het stationaire gedeelte zie je dat de Ecu de stuurspanning levert aan de stappenmotor. De stappenmotor opereert in een voltage gebied van (uit mijn hoofd-dus, pin me er niet op vast) van 6 volt tot 12 volt. Hier door krijgt de LMM meer ongewogen lucht, (soort bypass) om de lucht benzine verhouding bij te sturen.
De komt van onder de lmm binnen.

Zeg me maar als het niet klopt.

De stationair klep zit parallel aan de gasklep, niet aan de luchtmassameter.
De lucht die door de stationair klep gaat wordt dus ook gewogen.

Sorry, ik zag dat ik de figuur er niet bij had geupload. Staat er nu boven in. Kijk daar eens naar, dan zie je dat de ECU de stuurspanning naar de stappen motor levert.

Blijkbaar is er wat spraakverwarring over ECU.
Dat is de afkorting van Electronic Control Unit (elektronische besturingsmodule of iets in die richting).
Bij je eerdere bericht ging ik er van uit dat je daarmee de Jetronic besturing bedoelde (zo zie je maar weer: assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups), maar uiteraard kan ook de stationair toerental regelaar als een ECU aangemerkt worden.

Het klopt dus dat de stationair toerental regelklep aangestuurd wordt door een ECU.

Maar nog steeds heeft de potentiometer van de luchtmassameter geen invloed op die sturing.
De luchtmassameter is op jouw plaatje niet weergegeven.
Die zit rechts buiten beeld aan de buis waar de gasklep (7) in zit.
Ook in jouw plaatje is de sturing alleen afhankelijk van het toerental (2 / n), de temperatuur van de motor (6 / tM) en de positie van de gasklep (7 / u=0; bij de W126 werkt dat met een schakelaar aan de gasklep).


Misschien is het voor Rob ook een idee om even te controleren of die schakelaar het nog goed doet.
