Hallo forummers,

ik zit te neuzen in m'n Wartungsheft en alle optiecodes staan erin. Leuk om te lezen. Ik kwam deze optie tegen waarvan ik niet weet wat het is: 256: Ausgleichsgetriebe mit begrenztem Schlupf. Het is in ieder geval geen verpleegster op de achterbank. :D
Geen idee wat het is. Weet iemand het?

ASR is optie 471 dus dat is het ook niet.
Douwe heeft gelijk volgens mij, alleen vraag ik mij af wat het betekent en wat zo'n
'differentieel doet ten opzichte van een gewoon differentieel.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Differential mit begrenztem Schlupf, welches betätigt wird, um die relative Drehzahl zwischen zwei getriebenen Wellen auf eine vorgegebene Größe zu begrenzen.

Differentiale mit begrenztem Schlupf sind bekannt für den Antrieb von zwei Ausgangswellen. Insbesondere werden solche Differentiale oft verwendet zum Antrieb der Achsen von Motorfahrzeugen. Ein Differential mit begrenztem Schlupf ermöglicht eine relative Drehung zwischen zwei Ausgangswellen unter bestimmten Umständen. Beispielsweise, wenn ein Fahrzeug wendet, dreht sich die Ausgangswelle des äußeren Rades mit höherer Drehzahl als die Ausgangswelle des inneren Rades. Ein Differential mit begrenztem Schlupf erlaubt diese relative Drehung. Wenn eines der Räder jedoch zu gleiten beginnt, übersteigt die relative Drehzahl zwischen den Ausgangswellen der beiden Räder eine vorgegebene Grenze. Ein Differential mit begrenztem Schlupf widersteht einer solchen relativen Drehzahl.

Ein bekanntes Differential dieser Art verwendet eine Viskose-Kupplung, die eine relative Drehung zwischen den beiden Ausgangswellen überwacht. Sollte die relative Drehzahl eine vorgegebene Grenze übersteigen, so dehnt sich das Viskose-Fluid in der Kupplung aus und erzeugt eine axiale Kraft gegen ein Betätigungselement. Das Betätigungselement seinerseits wird gegen eine Reibungskupplung gedrückt und tritt in Eingriff mit dieser, welche direkt die erste und die zweite Ausgangswelle miteinander verbindet.

Diese bekannten Differentiale haben jedoch Nachteile, weil die Fluid-Ausdehnung keine feine Kontrolle der Größe der relativen Drehung erlaubt, die erforderlich ist, ehe die Kupplung betätigt wird. Auch kann eine Expansion des Fluids nicht genügend leicht kontrolliert oder gesteuert werden, um eine Variation der gewünschten Grenze der relativen Drehzahl zu erlauben.

een limited slip diff zorgt er eigenlijk voor dat als je bijvoorbeeld met 1 wiel op een gladde onder grond staat je toch nog beperkt aandrijving houd op het andere wiel
met een gewoon differentieel zou je in dat geval gewoon staan blijven
het heeft het voor deel met gladde wegen dat je niet 1 heel snel spinnend wiel hebt en een stil staand wiel
je houd dus ten alle tijde aandrijving op alle bij de wielen
het is de voor loper van de traction controle :D
