beste forum leden.

ik heb dus ook het bekende warm start probleem...koud start die in een tik..warm direct weer starten ook goed..maar na 10/20 minuten warm weer starten lijkt het idd alsof de pomp de benzine compleet uit de tank moet halen..

tijdens warm starten geeft hij dan ook geen enkele plof tot ineens is het weer lopen..

vacuüm aan elke kant gekontroleerd..
nieuwe pomp er op..en bedrading ingekort bij pomp nieuwe stekkers loopt goed en constant.

alle puntjes op leerlouf los gehad gereinigd.
sensoren contacten gereinigt alle relais en zekeringen..

motor loopt goed..al levert hij koud meer vermogen dan warm..

stappen motor gereinigd maar blijft warm 1000 rpm lopen..koud 1200rpm

nieuwe bougies ngk die er in moeten volgens forum en nieuwe kabels.

rotor en kap gereinigd.

vacuüm vervroeger vervangen was lek.

injector rubbers plus huisjes vervangen..en met remreiniger gecheckt zo ook alles rond de spinnekop..

vaccuum van EGR klep op vervroeger gezet..en afgedopt advies hans..

koudstart ventiel losgekoppeld ook geen warm start resultaat..

stappenmotor tijdelijk vervangen door kraantje ook geen resultaat..

luchweegplaat grondig gecheckt..

de accumulator lijkt erg nieuw..

mijn vraag nu..

kun je de accumulator reinigen?
en waar zit de terugslagklep?

en hebben jullie verder nog ideen?

ps het valt mij op dat de rotor iets heen en weer kan op het asje..is dit normaal..??

en idd de auto levert koud veel meer vermogen dan warm..

Terugslagklep zit in de brandstof pomp.
Heb je al eens een benzine meter geplaatst om te kijken of je brandstof wel lang op druk blijft.
Controleer ook eens je ontstekings delen of hier geen oxidatie op zit.

ps er is vorig jaar een nieuwe pomp op gekomen..is de terugslagklep een los onderdeel? of behoort het bij een nieuwe pomp..

verder heb ik de tip van hans gehad om de vaccuum van de EGR klep te gebruiken voor de vacuüm vervroeger..onder de Gasklep..dus reageert pas bij iets gas..zou dit ook invloed kunnen hebben op slecht warm starten? want hij vervroegt dan niet bij gesloten gasklep betreft vacuüm.

bd hans.. voor je uitleg betreft starten..volgens mii staat de ontsteking redelijk..het blijft ook zo dat die koud in een tik start...maar warm moet ik echt enorm doorstarten zonder dat die ook maar een slag geeft...dus denk idd wel aan geen benzine warm..

nogmaals de vraag..zit er in een nieuwe pomp ook een nieuwe terugslagklep?

ik ga binnenkort mijn accumulator eve testen.

ps nog even vertellen...de tempsencor waar rd het over heeft geeft hem via de stappenmotor koud verhoogd toerental..das goed dus..en warm is er niets meer te meten dus schakelt hij contakt uit..weet niet of dat klopt.

verder heb ik destijds de vacuüm bout rechtsvoor op motor open geboord..maar lees net dat dit een thermovacuum klep is..deze zou dus kapot kunnen zijn..
zou dit ook de oorzaak van alles kunnen zijn?

kwa slecht warm starten en warm vermogen verlies?

Het open boren va de thermovacuumklep kan zeker van invloed zijn op je problemen met de warme start en het vermogen verlies.
Een (ander) vacuümlek kan dat ook.

Heb je de accumulator al uit kunnen sluiten? Deze kan(zal) de warme start beinvloeden, niet het vermogen van de warme motor.

Als de accumulator inwendig lekt dan heeft de motor minder brandstof druk waardoor het vermogen zou afnemen lijkt mij toch?

dank voor jullie snelle reacties..wat een super forum is dit!! ga volgende week de accumulator onder 3.5bar zetten..er zitten dus twee thermovaccuum bouten op spruitstuk vlak achter de warmloopregelaar..op de binnenste zat geen vacuüm aangesloten..heeft iemand een foto van de vacuumloop type1 ? en weer iemand of deze twee thermo vacuumklepjes het zelfde werken kwa temperatuur?
en kan stationair 1000rpm ook komen door verkeerde injectiedruk?

Ik denk dat een tehoog toerental ook kan komen door een te lage brandstof druk.
Neem als voorbeeld eens een brommer
Laat deze stationair draaien draai de benzine kraan dicht.
En net voor hij uitvalt hoor je hem in toeren omhoog vliegen tot hij uitvalt

Meet idd je brandstofdruk eens, en laat de meter er dan aanhangen. Als je dan na 20 minuten weer start kun je zien wat er gebeurt.
Ik ben niks nieuwsgierig, maar ik wil gewoon alles weten!

geweldig al deze inzet..betreft de thermovacuum kleppen..er zitten er twee naast elkaar..ik moet nu eigenlijk ook weten hoe deze aangeeloten zijn..welke vaccuum slangen waar op moeten en waarheen..
wil dit eerst goed hebben..want staat ook in verbinding met de warmdraairegelaar..daarna ga ik absoluut de accumulator testen..

welke kleur hebben deze klepjes? rood is 50 graden schakeltemperatuur bij voorbeeld en is voor de verrijking bij koude motor, en de ontsteking vervroeging beperking bij koude motor.
